The Mindful Willow
Personalized mental health care... Keeping you in mind.

Renew your mind. Reclaim your story.
The willow tree is a symbol of resilience, renewal, and strength for its ability to bend without breaking through even the most brutal of storms. This symbol, along with our belief in mindfulness- being present and intentional- is what makes The Mindful Willow a safe and supportive space for healing, growth, and transformation.
Meet the Provider

Lindsey Cord, MSN, PMHNP-BC
Welcome! I'm Lindsey-- a board certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. I have been a registered nurse since 2011 with experience in many different healthcare settings. My passion for mental health grew in 2018 when I began working in community health and I witnessed the profound impact that education, prevention, and early support can have on individuals and families.
A little about me:
I enjoy spending time with my family, traveling, and lounging on the couch with a good book. I also believe that some of the best things in life include a hot cup of coffee and a room full of puppies.
